In 2016, Chris began his yoga journey amidst the vibrant energy of Seattle, Washington. Intrigued by mindfulness, he found his path intertwined with the ancient practice of yoga. In 2017, under the guidance of Danielle Day, Chris delved into his first 200-hour teacher training, laying the foundation for his journey as a yoga instructor. Seattle became his initial canvas, but his teaching odyssey soon extended its reach across Washington DC, and presently, the spirited city of Las Vegas.
Diversifying his expertise, Chris underwent a hands-on assist training with Zeeky Vincent in Las Vegas, enriching his understanding of the physical nuances of yoga. With over 3,000 hours of in-person teaching, Chris witnessed the transformative impact of yoga on individuals in diverse communities.
Currently, Chris has immersed himself in the dual realms of in-person and online yoga instruction, fostering connection and healing through the practice. Fully committed to growth, he is currently leading a 200-hour yoga teacher training, an endeavor that allows him to pass on his knowledge of teaching onto aspiring yoga teachers.
